Hello,
I'm M staying
at Tokyo University of Science's Noda International Community House.
In this article, as an RA (Resident Assistant) working in the dormitory,
I've compiled the voices of current dorm residents living
in Meiji Gakuin University's dedicated dorms—people who actually said,
“This dorm food is delicious! You should try it!”—
into “3 Recommended Dorm Meal Menus.”
Please read on to the end with excitement,
wondering if you'll get to eat meals
like these once you actually move in!

No.1:Kitsune (Fox) Noodle
*Traditionally, people believed foxes like simmered and fried Tofu.
Because Kitsune Noodle contains it, we call it Kitsune (Fox) Noodle.
“I personally like noodles for breakfast.
I like noodles better than bread or rice as the energy to start your day
because you can slurp it down in no time.
And let's not forget the best part—the fish cake that comes with it!

No.2:Rice with hot-seasoned, colorful vegetables.
“Although it is hot, scrambled eggs make the taste mild enough for women to eat.
Plus, it's packed with vegetables, so it's very nutritious.
It also comes with kimchi on the side, so you won't get tired of the flavor!

No.3:Japanese-style chilled Chinese noodles
“You can enjoy this menu only during the summer season.
When you're feeling sluggish from the summer heat, heavy meals can be a chore.
Japanese-style chilled Chinese noodles, however, are easy to eat.
Making them yourself can be a hassle,
But dorm students can easily enjoy them!
Their colorful presentation and beautiful plating will really appeal to your appetite!"

Popular bonus menu: Wakame (Seaweed) Rice
“This Wakame Rice comes with a noodle menu.
For women, noodles fill you up so much you can't eat any more,
but you still want them to take just one bite, right?
The smell and taste of wakame seaweed brings back
memories of elementary school lunches.”

This sense of unity is second to none!
We all get together for BBQs, fireworks, and playing in the river...
About half the residents are international students,
