Tokyo boasts a well-developed transportation network centered around railways,
but we often hear comments like:
“The routes are too complicated to understand,”
or “When looking for a place to live, I don't know which line, station, or area to search in.”
Therefore, we'll introduce recommended lines and areas for students
that offer convenient transportation and relatively good living environments.
This article features the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line
and dormitories along its route.
What is the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line?
This line runs from Shibuya Station through Sangenjaya, Futakotamagawa,
and the northern parts of Kawasaki City and Yokohama City, connecting to Chuo-Rinkan Station.

allowing direct access to Omotesando, Aoyama, Kudanshita, Jimbocho, Otemachi,

Sangenjaya and Futakotamagawa are popular as stylish shopping and strolling spots,
and above all, the excellent access to Shibuya makes this a highly sought-after line within Tokyo.
It's also particularly popular with families,
as many stations feature large supermarkets and commercial facilities right in front.
Here, we'll introduce recommended stations along the line
and recommended dormy accommodations.
