One of the charms of Dormy, Student’s dormitory is its meals.

At Dormy, we prepare each dish with care, made from scratch to delight our residents.

Guided by our motto of “enjoyable and delicious,” we incorporate seasonal ingredients, 

offering breakfast and dinner that never grow tiresome.

In our series “Dormy Cafeteria,” we introduce the monthly featured dishes 

and recommended menus actually served at Dormy.

 

 

 

Cheesy Vegetable and Bolognese Bake

 

 

Available for breakfast on Friday, August 15th 

at Dormy nationwide (excluding some locations)

While “Bolognese” typically refers to a classic meat-based sauce,

this menu features a Bolognese sauce made with “soy meat” instead of pork,

as part of our SDGs initiative.

It looks and tastes just like meat, 

making it a healthy and environmentally friendly dish.

Baked to perfection with plenty of vegetables,

The rich flavor of cheese combines for a taste that energizes you from morning onward.

It provides ample plant-based protein, is easy on the stomach,

and is perfect for fueling your morning energy.

 

 

Chilled Chinese Noodles

 

 

Served at Dormy nationwide for dinner on Thursday, August 21st

The best food for summer is “Chilled Chinese Noodles”! 

This popular menu item is a yearly tradition at Dormy.

Finished with a tangy dressing for a refreshing taste,

the colorful toppings stimulate your appetite.

Egg strips, cucumber, tomato, ham, and more are arranged in a visually appealing way,

designed to be easy to eat even on hot days.

During this season when appetites tend to wane, 

this cool and refreshing dish will soothe your body.
