 Questions regarding mid-term cancellation and contract extension (renewal)

Can I renew my contract?

Do I need to pay a renewal fee when renewing my contract?
For dormitories that are covered by the International Student Support System, a renewal administrative fee of 9,350 yen will be charged.
For dormitories not covered by the International Student Support System, a renewal administrative fee of 9,350 yen plus an amount equivalent to 70% of the admission fee will be charged.

I need to leave the dormitory before my contract terminates. How can I request an early termination of my contract?
