Dormy is a student dormitory with rules to be followed while living, which makes it different from general apartments. There are necessary move-in and move-out procedures to be taken as well. Please read and understand dorm rules and procedures thoroughly before you apply.

Furthermore, in addition to Japanese students, many international students of various nationalities—and in some dormitories, even working professionals—also live in Dormy. Please understand that dormitory life means living together with others under the same roof, and we encourage you to enjoy your life in Japan with a cooperative and considerate attitude.
Please note that cultural differences may cause troubles, such as how to use shared spaces (including noise and smells).

All rooms in a Dormy are equipped with basic furniture and air-conditioner so there is no need to purchase furniture and home appliances when moving in.
However, bedding must be purchased or leased.
